met lacey at the school at 6:20 to bike/run so we could make it to the meet in time to watch the mile and started with 3 sets of 6 biking 4 running but i couldnt keep running on the second set it hurt so bad which is a total bummer, but there was a nice old man on the track that was like "got a sore muscle?" and then i told him about my tendonitis and he said that his daughter used to run for MV and she was like on the all american team or somethin and then he told me "tendonitis is not something you wanna mess with, go wrap it and put some clothes on so you don't get a cold". he was a nice guy. Then i decided to try running again at the meet and did two more sets of four min and it didn't hurt at all so i don't know why it hurt so bad in the morning
