| Hello! I got new running shoes so I wanna keep track of the miles on them which is the only reason im on this lol. Also I have tendonitis right now so I'm biking mostly which stinks but you do what you gotta do. Did 3 sets of 8 min biking and 2 min running with another 5 min of biking after. Had a little pain in my tendon and shin but I cant tell if it hurts or is just sore. Finished the day with abs and lots of icing woo!

| Did 3 sets of 7 min biking and 3 running with 10 minutes of biking after and only had pain in my shins which is GREAT because my tendon wasnt hurting so coach said i could do 5 and 5 tomorrow which makes me very happy. did a little more than an 800 every time which is slow but im out of shape so im content

| met lacey at the school at 6:20 to bike/run so we could make it to the meet in time to watch the mile and started with 3 sets of 6 biking 4 running but i couldnt keep running on the second set it hurt so bad which is a total bummer, but there was a nice old man on the track that was like "got a sore muscle?" and then i told him about my tendonitis and he said that his daughter used to run for MV and she was like on the all american team or somethin and then he told me "tendonitis is not something you wanna mess with, go wrap it and put some clothes on so you don't get a cold". he was a nice guy. Then i decided to try running again at the meet and did two more sets of four min and it didn't hurt at all so i don't know why it hurt so bad in the morning

| In moab with the family and didn't have lots of time to run/bike, but we did this like 5ish mile hike but I got separated from my parents and got lost at the very beginning so I ended up hiking around 7 lol. I also fell gettin too confident during this part and hurt my butt very bad. But I met this nice man that saw me attempting to run part of the hike so he told me to take his dog running so he could use his energy lol. I dont know how much I ran so im guessing like 2 but that could be wrong

| I was supposed to do 6 min running 4 biking today but i didn't have access to a bike and also didn't dare getting on a bike because my bum burts so bad from falling yesterday, so i just did 3 sets of 7 min running 3 minutes walking which was a lame workout but at least I'm getting back into running. Breathing was hard and my lower right calf was hurting a lot but im hoping I can just ice it and stretch it and have the pain go away, which probably wont happen but we can always hope

| 15 min slow on the treadmill at 11:45 pm. Was supposed to do 30 but my leg was hurting real bad and I don't know what's good to push through or not anymore. I felt kinda dumb about stopping early but found out later my coach didn't want me to run at all and forgot to tell me so I don't feel that bad anymore lol

| 5 miles today. We ran the doterra loop and were going decently fast and I'm surprised i kept up with the girls considering that was my first distance run since I've been running again but that also made me pretty happy. Did 4 strides then stretched and weights.
Also I went to the chiropractor and he said that if the little annoying pain in my tendon didn't go away them I'd have to take time off running again so pray for my leg please hahah

| First time running with the team because of Zions camp last week. mile warm up then the reaper. it was super sucky because i went to bed at like 2 in the morning for the past while so I need go get back into my schedule and go to bed at like 9 lol. ran down then 2 mile cool down. weights and shin exercises. Tons of new faces tho and im excited for this season yay

The girls started way fast and we were going a 6:45 pace for like half of the first mile so mel and i dropped back so we could actually finish the run lol. the middle mile and last mile were slow but that is okay because they others were all like 7:30. average 7:50 pace.

First mile with the team was like a 8:40, then my second mile was like a 6:14, then the next two were like 6:30s lol. also typing this at 1:30 am waiting to run my next mile lolol. also ran a bit with glow in the dark frisbee. But anyways overall the 24 hour relay has been a plast and a half and i love PG and my team hahah. excited to run at like 2 am and then not as excited to run again at like 6 hahah.

| mile warm up then did this speed workout called 800 break downs where you run a 400 at 800 pace, then rest for a minute, then run a 200, then rest for a minute, then another 200, then rest for 10 minutes. we did that 5 times so we were resing for like an hour hahah. short distance but surprisingly it killed my legs and lungs. mile cool down then abs, wall sits and shin thingys

| WATER WEDNESDAY! started our run at that one canal stop in cedar hills or whatever then did a 50 min run but stopped by manila pond on the way back for a little swim haha. the boys joined us today and last time the girls did the run the boys were kinda like wth but they were loving the water today so go girls. we also started kinda fast and died out again but it's all good. strides after then I skipped weights (whoops) cause i had to hurry home to go to park city

| oh what a great run today. we ran up provo canyon and didnt push too hard on the way up but the way back felt amazing oh my goodness. the last 4 miles of our run we went 7:33, 7:26, 7:14, and 6:35. not our fastest but we're still working up which is good and im so excited for this upcoming season. 7:32 average pace. also we had otter pops after so 11/10 day

| 55 min run today to home depot and WOW it felt good. haley, erika, mel and I ran together and after half way haley and I picked up pace and then we realized we were going a 6:40 and we still had 17 min left in our run so we chilled a little but we were still flyin ! got in 7.5 then strides and abs.

| field trip friday to stewart falls. ran two miles from sundance to aspen grove then up to the falls then back to sundance. it was a very very fun run and lo slipped and fell and got caught in like a bush and if that bush wasnt there she would have fallen all the way down the mountain haha and it was her bday so shout out to lo.

| gut run at camp and it was bleh. my achillies started shooting pain after about 25 min up and I had to stop and i felt very dumb. and then that made me loose the pack i was running with so i had to work extra hard to catch up with the pain in my achillies and it was just the worst. then running down they wouldnt wait for me and my legs turned to jello and it just sucked alot but its fine im over it. 8.2 total on the gut run then a little less than 3 mile night recovery run

| relays today and last day of camp. it was a bummer cause it was the first year my team didnt win but its cause our first runner was confused and thought he was doing two miles then handing off the baton but he was supposed to do 800 then hand off the baton so he like slow jogged and came in so behind and i was very mad but its okay cause he was just confused. the loop was supposed to be 800 meters but it was really like a 600 so really it wasnt 4 miles but my watch died so the miles are a guess lol. probably gonna do some more miles tonight if im feelin it
