oh my heck today was theee worst haha. as soon as we started our 60 min run my legs wouldnt go faster than a 8 min pace then they slowly got more and more tired. its okay tho cause everyone has rough days. 7.1 total with strides. we have two a days today too so gonna get more miles later
4:30 practice we did mile wu then 4x the 6 different high knee drills with a 400 inbetween. 400's went 1:30, 1:25, 1:26, 1:29, 1:27. mile cd then icebaths
