mile warm up then did this speed workout called 800 break downs where you run a 400 at 800 pace, then rest for a minute, then run a 200, then rest for a minute, then another 200, then rest for 10 minutes. we did that 5 times so we were resing for like an hour hahah. short distance but surprisingly it killed my legs and lungs. mile cool down then abs, wall sits and shin thingys
