gut run at camp and it was bleh. my achillies started shooting pain after about 25 min up and I had to stop and i felt very dumb. and then that made me loose the pack i was running with so i had to work extra hard to catch up with the pain in my achillies and it was just the worst. then running down they wouldnt wait for me and my legs turned to jello and it just sucked alot but its fine im over it. 8.2 total on the gut run then a little less than 3 mile night recovery run
