Hello! I got new running shoes so I wanna keep track of the miles on them which is the only reason im on this lol. Also I have tendonitis right now so I'm biking mostly which stinks but you do what you gotta do. Did 3 sets of 8 min biking and 2 min running with another 5 min of biking after. Had a little pain in my tendon and shin but I cant tell if it hurts or is just sore. Finished the day with abs and lots of icing woo!
