slow reaper today

1.5 warm up then freedom run 5k. mya and i both werent feelin it so we just goofed off the entire race and got like a 21 whoops but we dropped out right before the finish because we never actually signed up lol. 2.5 cool down with mya, haley, brayjo, ali, wade and ellie bybee so it was a good time

60 min run today, got 8 miles with a 7:40 average pace. strides and abs after

mile wu then 14 buddy "400's" at 5k pace at anderson park. the course was actually quite a bit longer than a 400 so we got like an extra half mile in the end. good day tho. 

Field trip friday! went to willow park and ran the lehi run then did some bridge jumping on the way back. very fun day but everyone was kinda dead haha. 7:33 average pace

quality capillary run. 7:55 average pace. a ton of girls felt sooo sick after the run so we probably all got somethin from the river we jumped into or the taco amigo we had last night lol
