mile wu then 3 sets of 5 200's at 800 pace with 45 sec rests between the 200's and 3 min rest between each set. I died on the last set and also dont know my splits because I forgot to keep track whoops. mile cool down then abs.

5 miles today. We ran the doterra loop and were going decently fast and I'm surprised i kept up with the girls considering that was my first distance run since I've been running again but that also made me pretty happy. Did 4 strides then stretched and weights. 

Also I went to the chiropractor and he said that if the little annoying pain in my tendon didn't go away them I'd have to take time off running again so pray for my leg please hahah
