I was supposed to do 6 min running 4 biking today but i didn't have access to a bike and also didn't dare getting on a bike because my bum burts so bad from falling yesterday, so i just did 3 sets of 7 min running 3 minutes walking which was a lame workout but at least I'm getting back into running. Breathing was hard and my lower right calf was hurting a lot but im hoping I can just ice it and stretch it and have the pain go away, which probably wont happen but we can always hope
