| 1.5 warm up then freedom run 5k. mya and i both werent feelin it so we just goofed off the entire race and got like a 21 whoops but we dropped out right before the finish because we never actually signed up lol. 2.5 cool down with mya, haley, brayjo, ali, wade and ellie bybee so it was a good time

| mile wu then 14 buddy "400's" at 5k pace at anderson park. the course was actually quite a bit longer than a 400 so we got like an extra half mile in the end. good day tho.

| Field trip friday! went to willow park and ran the lehi run then did some bridge jumping on the way back. very fun day but everyone was kinda dead haha. 7:33 average pace

| gut run at camp and it was bleh. my achillies started shooting pain after about 25 min up and I had to stop and i felt very dumb. and then that made me loose the pack i was running with so i had to work extra hard to catch up with the pain in my achillies and it was just the worst. then running down they wouldnt wait for me and my legs turned to jello and it just sucked alot but its fine im over it. 8.2 total on the gut run then a little less than 3 mile night recovery run

| relays today and last day of camp. it was a bummer cause it was the first year my team didnt win but its cause our first runner was confused and thought he was doing two miles then handing off the baton but he was supposed to do 800 then hand off the baton so he like slow jogged and came in so behind and i was very mad but its okay cause he was just confused. the loop was supposed to be 800 meters but it was really like a 600 so really it wasnt 4 miles but my watch died so the miles are a guess lol. probably gonna do some more miles tonight if im feelin it

| oh my heck today was theee worst haha. as soon as we started our 60 min run my legs wouldnt go faster than a 8 min pace then they slowly got more and more tired. its okay tho cause everyone has rough days. 7.1 total with strides. we have two a days today too so gonna get more miles later
4:30 practice we did mile wu then 4x the 6 different high knee drills with a 400 inbetween. 400's went 1:30, 1:25, 1:26, 1:29, 1:27. mile cd then icebaths
